The Microelectronics Department within PICIA aims to address eight research themes. Each of these themes highlights how artificial intelligence (AI) can facilitate and improve the 2 design, analysis, and manufacturing processes in the field of integrated circuits, thus contributing to the development of more advanced and efficient technologies.
